Terms of Participation
These starter terms summarize the current program expectations and boundaries. Accepted students receive the complete participation terms before joining.
Program
The GlobalWay Founding Cohort is an eight-week online transition and mentorship experience for eligible first-year international students entering Canadian business schools. It is not a traditional course, tutoring service, admissions service, counselling service, or placement service.
Participation
Students are expected to participate respectfully, protect the privacy of other members, and try not to miss more than two sessions. Reasonable absences are acceptable when communicated in advance.
Outcomes and boundaries
GlobalWay does not guarantee grades, club acceptance, introductions, internships, employment, or any other outcome. It does not provide academic, immigration, legal, medical, or mental-health advice, and it does not include unlimited private access to Steven.
Joining the program
Booking a University Navigation Call does not guarantee acceptance or create any obligation to join. Students can review the complete program details before deciding whether GlobalWay is right for them.

GlobalWay is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Queen’s University, Smith School of Business, or participating universities.
